Our Cook, Anne, has a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and a Certificate in Food Service, Cleaning and Sanitising. Anne has 12 years extensive experience in cooking and providing special diets. Anne works part time, Monday to Friday.
All meals are prepared daily and follows the Start Right Eat Right Program and the food safety standards as set by the Department of Health. This standard allows us to ensure than children are getting 50% of their daily intake requirements.
Our menus are displayed weekly so families can see exactly what the children are eating and we cater to all children dietary requirements too.
